This series was created for the Spring 2021 Silkscreen/relief class at Southern Utah University. The portraits’ subjects are various designers and artists that I admire and draw inspiration from. The pieces are initially made by digitally editing a photograph and then creating a relief or silkscreen from the result and printing it onto paper.
Each piece has some kind of uncanny element to it, playing on the mind’s tendency to see faces in
objects and to become unsettled when something about those faces isn't quite right.

The piece "Consumption II" was exhibited in the Salt Lake Community College President's Art Show in 2021.
