Colton Hughes is a graphic designer based in Utah, but is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended a technical academy for high school where he studied Electrical Engineering and graduated among the top of his class, even being named the Outstanding Senior in Electronic Technology. However, he decided the field was not for him and elected instead to pursue a career in graphic design. His background in engineering is a major influence on his work, which are largely geometric and created digitally using vectors and mathematical layouts.
Colton graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design in May, 2021.
